Sorry, DELL doesn't do DRIPs.

From the FAQ.. dell.com

"Does Dell have a dividend re-investment (DRIP) program?

We do not pay a dividend, so dividend reinvestment is not an option. We believe that our earnings are best utilized by investing in internal growth opportunities, such as new products, new customer segments and new geographic markets. "

I am almost certain there is no direct stock purchase plan at Dell
in that the stock option plan for employees is considered adequate, um lets say 'freebies'
