Further to your inquiry Re: Peoplesoft PSFT on Nazdaq A good friend has advised me that a class action lawsuit will commence against the company and its management to attempt to compensate shareholders who have been damaged by the illegal doings of the management. Story is that the management has misled the shareholders as to true operations and value of the company while they sold off millions of their personal shares. Also 900,000 share options were given to Al Duffield (relative to one of the directors) at a price of $0.02 per share option.
