Well, turns out I couldn't get out of the office in time to meet the group for skiing. Was just walking out when folks from CA pulled up and wantedto talk business. Just after I finished about 20 minutes with them and thought I could still make it, the phone rang ( I know you don't have to answer it, but...) Turns out it was a good thing I answered it, one of those many irons left in the fire from previous contacts called from a large east coast state, and several phone calls & a few faxes later....a couple of hundred acres of local land was contracted to change hands. Came home, had dinner, and settled for a nice long moonlight walk with the dog. Listened to several inspired coyote choruses and tried not to disturb the deer too much. What a gorgeous moonlit night in the western Rockies. Etherial, actually.
