I do not think you will have any SEC problems on this stock (Unless it was outright fraud and stupidity by the management of this company.) The only thing that may effect this stock is time. It is important for this company to get an immediate response out as to the inquiries by Nasdaq. If too much time goes by....interest is lost....and there will be few buyers for all of the sellers. I have never hoped for any bad luck for anybody...so I hope they come out with a quick response and reassume trading early next week. I hope everybody makes bucket loads of money. God Bless. I do have a question if anyone can answer: 1. Does the time that Nadaq have trading frozen on this stock count torwards the 10 days this stock must stay above $1 to retain their listing?
