Dear Janice, Do you have any background on Charles Kricfalusi and his relationship to Amazon? Or Greg Tiefer, for that matter... I do not find that Tiefer ever was an attorney, and certainly was not acting as one in the NexTech vs. Amazon case. I haven't checked every state yet, just the obvious ones (NV, AZ, CA, DE...). According to the moving papers in this case, Kricfalusi signed over shares in connection with a loan made by NexTech -- seems straightforward enough, but the loan documents were not part of the case. He purported to be "in the know " about the RMIL shorters. He apparently was in constant contact with Mike Puhr, Riley, Gary Morgan and Roland Breton. As on this thread he was always "in the know". Nothing he reported then was true either. You'd think he'd "smartin" up and figure out he is being used by these two bit CEO types but then I expect these CEO's like their entertainment too. It must give them a real chuckle to pull the strings of this boxer puppet.
