I play senior winter league in Houston right now, but I am going to play regular class B ball this spring and summer. I am 57 and so at the competitive level against guys half my age I am restricted defensively to 1b, catcher, dh and some pitching. But I can still hit. I killed the ball today in practice. I guess I jacked 1 of 5 against a cross wind. Sure hope I do that next week. Anyway, it is nice to know that Rice is a softball player. Goes to show that everybody has redeeming virtues. Maybe he will have a big winner in Abacan and I can tag along. Heck, maybe he will hit a home run. Sounds to me like you play also. You probably know Rice but he does not know who you really are. Oh well, if we only posted important stuff on this thread then there wouldn't be much on here. Bye now.
