Hi Wily, That's what I meant. In a fast market, I have found that hitting the ISLD bid is more economical that other alternatives. With respect to getting filled at the bid being futile, I was thinking of a FAST market where the odds of getting filled at the bid were slim and require excellent timing, which I can't say I have. As such, I try not to get to focused on it. I guess during the middle of the day, in a slower stock, it would be foolish to simply buy at the offer, without bidding first. Good point Wily.
