Nothing really magic about the 3rd week in February. A lot of things should be coalescing by that time. Site is due to open between Feb 15-March 1. I expect there will be some run up in anticipation of that launch. Further more I suspect that as a prelude to the opening we will see a barrage of announcements of lucrative completed deals. Also word will be trickling out about the success of the BR program. That is my thinking about why the price should be moving higher by the end of the 3rd week in February at the latest.
