Slider - The only shareholder that has that many shares to short has a very short name and is classified as an insider. Wouldn't he have to register some sort of SEC filing to sell that many shares, even if they are sold short yet covered?

venezuela calls for expansion of ties with iran
new york, jan. 31, irna -- speaker of venezuelan parliament luis
alfonso davila friday in caracas called for further expansion of
tehran-caracas relations in all fields.
making the remark in a meeting with iran's ambassador to
caracas mohammad keshavarz-zadeh, he voiced readiness to expand ties
with the iranian majlis.
praising president mohammad khatami's proposal to nominate 2001
as the year of dialog among civilizations, davila said that the
new venezuelan government is willing to establish friendly ties
with independent countries, including iran.
he further underlined the need for consultation between iran
and venezuela in their measures to increase the oil price.
meanwhile, the iranian ambassador said that since the two
countries produce 30 percent of the opec oil, they may play a key
role in reform of oil market and increase in oil price.

Slider-

Will you speak to the relationship of natural gas to oil. How will the natural gas stocks perform short term? Thanks in advance

Paul

Slider, I know you follow the gas (and oil) E&P's. We discussed earlier last week (Monday) what was possibly a huge volume reversal day for EVER. Interesting action Friday in APA and NBL. Coincidence?

Perhaps the better action for now is not in the OS stocks, but in those E&P plays, particularly NG plays.

I'm getting some strange quotes for March NG, however. MRCI has a quote of $1.88 (from last Friday), while quote.com and others are about $.10 lower.
