Starr sees nothing wrong with publicly tampering the Senate's jury role by releasing these opinions at this time. That's a good thing, because using the rule of law to overthrow an elective system of government is important. We want prosecutors to be fairly represented in a new four tiered system. They should encourage their staff to involve themselves at critical times in public rhetoric, to try and persuade with forward intimidation the voting process. They should be allowed to visit our homes or comment to the press, letting us know one candidate or another might be a bad person or might be prosecuted.
