If you want to call a meeting of the stockholders, you ought to first determine how many shares of Gippy are held by the thread members. Unless anyone else volunteers, I will volunteer to run a total for you. I agree to keep all names and share data confidential. If you wish to be in the count, feel free to look up my profile and send your total via private message. I will advise of the running total and, next Saturday, issue a final number. I think you will be surprised by what you find out about the representation by SI members. If it is a dumb idea, feel free to say so. I have SI thick skin. I have even been known to post on Yhoo.

Jack, wait just one minute. You threw out something about some 6,200,000 shares that someone issued to themselves somehow, now all I'm asking for you to explain what the hell you were talking about, and for proof of what you were spouting.
