I too am surprised by the recent lack of interest. Have not yet listened to all of the conference call but plan on listening to more of it.
For some reason some portions of it were inaudible such as the part on details on the pharmaceutical industry customers. Could anyone else make out what was said?

My sense is that most investors have not heard of front office software. I get a glazed look on people's faces anytime I mention it. People aren't aware that Siebel is the fastest growing firm in the history of software applications, just as many investors weren't (aren't) aware of SAP's success.
