Hi Laura - Your observations seem to be right on target. I have been following the PCS thread on Yahoo and am amused to see so many people asking "when is it going to go up?" "Why did it go down", "I want to triple my money so I can retire early", "Do you think it is going to be bought out soon" "They can no longer compete with the new AT&T one rate" etc. etc. etc.. PCS has a great product, a progressive management team and very attractive pricing plans. I hope in the long run it will be as stable as AT&T, SBC and other "old fogie" stocks.

Laura,

After just a year of operation, Sprint PCS is already
serving approx. 3 million. They will have the capability
to serve a MINIMUM of 40 million people once their system
is in place. This will be the wireless company of the
masses, and because they have more spectrum than anyone
else, they will have huge advantages for data. Sprint
PCS WILL be the Vodafone of the States, only bigger.
