MM; on USRF; last 8.06 + .06 on 129K shares/range:.06 - 13.75; float 2.5M/last reporting period 6/98 (old, but that's all there is): zero revenue, net loss increased 77% to 384K; at the time, they had 37K in cash. I've seen all the press releases announcing stock swaps, acquisitions and wireless internet service for T1's etc./my friend, this company is under-capitalized and needs money - and alot of it. The chart looks good; the stock hit an all-time high of 13.75 in mid-Jan. and is now looking for support (probably around $6), but unless you know something specifically about their cash situation and revenue stream for the last quarter, don't be surprised if you see a secondary offering coming soon. USRF will have no other choice. There are some very good things happening here; it's just a matter of time & money; and they don't have alot of both....regards, sw
