It depends what the situation was. Maybe someone entered a ISLD "buy at market"? Don't know how that would execute. Or maybe someone just made a mistake--it happens. My example occurred in very heavy trading.

Strange fills from ISLD

Since we're on the subject, I had a strange one last week where I thought I was hitting an ISLD bid and got filled at 1/64 (yes, 1/64) better. My fill took out the ISLD bid, or seemed to. What the heck, only 1/64, but it paid the commission, or part of it.

Sometimes I think there's a mad scientist working in the bowels of ISLD. Like a fill the other day - 156, 156, 156, 532, all in rapid succession.
