Bill while the price is trading above $5.00 on the market the retail investors are not tendering. Barrick is very likely getting nothing.

Bill,Iam of the view that with the pp on friday that ARP just moved into the drivers seat.Barrick can do nothing with the deposit while ARP holds 60%.Now through drilling if Barrick can only sit back and watch the deposit grow rapidly during Feb,as the Ludins stated the shares will be value added by the end of Feb. i would not be suprized to see ABX make a realistic bid very soon after the Feb deadline, provided they do not get the shares they require.I see it as an advantage that they own 40% of the deposit to ARP shareholders,as to owning none.THeir money is already in and tied up,there won't be a mine unless they come to the table with a fair offer. We should be in no hurry to make a deal with a growing resource,in this case time is a freind of ARP and an enemey of ABX.
