I might be wrong but I don't think that AXC has qualified to be marginable. Just a two day move over $5/sh wouldn't have caused the stock to go onto most brokers marginable list. If anyone knows FOR SURE please send me a response.

Steve

<Re: PR Newswire on your desktop, how is this different from what is already offered on several portals or web sites, and directly from prnewswire.com? Or business wire.com?>

Things to note:

1) TV onthe WEB will serve as an aggregator- by this I mean that the Business Uncut channel, in its final form, may include content not only from the 2 organizations you mention, but any other appropriate wire service. PR Newswire will not be in the business of aggregation, it is not their business model.

2) Presentation of content and first to market are important- why is Yahoo king of portals and Amazon the king of internet retailing, and everyone else an also ran so far, even though what Yahoo and Amazon offer can be "easily copied"? TV onthe WEB has the potential to lock up narrowcast markets is they can execute fast enough; I am not foolish enough to say they are the next Amazon or Yahoo at this point, but their potential is enormous.

3) The business model and management are the key things to look at. TV onthe WEB has a viable business model, one that is making money already; how many internet business models are doing that??? Management is an unknown at this point, but David Gardy has come across as a good spokesman, and that is a positive thing. You have to give him and his associates the credit for seizing the opportunity to date- that in itself speaks volumes about their work so far. Now they have a new challenge, rapid growth and execution of their business model. If they do it successfully, we WILL have a 10-bagger, and more.
