A over B = C. Any questions, class. Anybody with any Wall Street experience can easily understand. You are clearly not of that ilk. <Mark, excuse me if I loose patience with your lack of Street knowledge. The undertaker sets the terms of the lockup, not the company. So First London, a fifth tier underwriter, did it because, in all likelyhood, they thought they'd have egg on their face given the weak/questionable management involved. But I do not know, you will actually have to do some REAL (read non-cyber chit chat) and call them yourself. Capeche?> Find someone on SI who you think knows the Street and have them decipher it for you, oh great "analyst".
