I've noticed the number of shares are frequently underestimated for other companies as well. Some may be checked by clicking on the following URL and then clicking on "Profiles" for the respective company:

techstocks.com

These of course can be underestimated too if not up to date.

Using Stockwatch for the number of shares can be misleading. I find they are usually out of date. Furthermore they edit company news releases. It is best to always check their news releases with another source.

One great place to start due diligence on Canadian stocks as you may already know (and probably US stocks now that they have added this feature) is Carlson on Line at the following URL:
