looking for opinions on PWCC Spinning off Flashnet IPO Feb 22 And particularly enticing a 600,000 share float Point West Capital - PWCC thru it's subsidiary Fourteen Hill Capital owns 11% of the ISP Flashnet. Flashnet is scheduled to do it's IPO the week of Feb 22. ipocentral.com fourteenhill.com from my "backdoor" thread at Subject 24862 Flashnet has 170,000 customer's and should have a mkt cap of aprox 622.5 mil to 753.1 mil. PWCC owns 11% of Flashnet, so their share should be 68.4 mil to 82.8 mil. PWCC has only 3.25 mil shares outstanding. This means for each share of PWCC you would have $21.04 to $25.47 worth of Flashnet. Plus PWCC book value is $6.65 and they have $1.52 of cash. thanks all, DC
