I don't know - maybe the $9 million was in lieu thereof. If you e-mail PICK or call them, they are pretty good at responding to questions - short of giving out inside information. You could try that approach. I really wish I knew whether they are in real dire financial straits or not. Having proved they're capable of delivering, assuming contracts are in place, they shouldn't have too much of a problem finding financing.
