Welcome to the dell thread, Frank. You may be new to SI, but holding dell for 2 years qualifies you for oldtimer status (which in dellspeak means RICH <g>). I'll look forward to reading your posts.

I presume you were referring to cpq, not cpt (Camden Property Trust). I'm glad you love it here, but what's not to love?????
