Buy.com bargains: actually, as with their Money 99 special, Buy.com's info here is out of date. The correct rebate is $50 for each, internal and external.

That buysoft page, which featured both specials, has some great buys though:

Note especially the Windows 98 resource kit. through tonight, you get a $10 rebate, making the cost of this $70 tome $16.95 net. (Even at my costco, it'd be $30 + tax before the rebate.)

IMHO, most windows 98 devotee on this thread should benefit from this.

I did notice that after dropping the retail Audio PCI to net .95 cents on Thursday, they did hike it back to net $22 for the weekend. Ah well--guess they felt they'd taken enough of a bath on 'em. :)
