holy smokes is that dilution!!!! 8m dollars at .10. whats left for the other poor souls that held the stock already? 80:1 cutback! none the less, i am amazed that it did get done and perhaps you are right. however the dilution at this point(issuing stock at .02 would not leave much equity for existing shareholders.

Did you see nuinsco resources? they just announced a 10m financing at 2.00. now they have a good prospect and its in CANADA, but my point is the stock was .25 a couple of weeks ago. there is financing out there, but it very much has to do with the project and the COUNTRY. (can you tell i am biased against kazakhstan?)

Kazakhstan may not be dead but Steppe resources appears to be.
