David- Thanks for your detailed explanation on that matter. The rest of the MM's are either so far off the mark as to be effectively not trading the stock, or just a little bit, so that when the MM's at the bid or ask run out of/buy enough of the shares at that price, they will be next? Sorry folks for not using a WOOD log, but I have no access to Level II, and got this log over the weekend about another stock I own. Thanks-- Rick
