Just by the way, two days ago I got a flyer in the mail from
Egghead, no less, with refurb 386 and 486 PCs for sale. Now
THAT's a pretty good substantiation. The prices were absurd,
too ($100 plus shipping for a 386SX, no monitor, no software,
for example). I wonder if anybody actually buys this stuff
at these prices. Cost some pretty bucks to make it runnable
and you've spent 70-80% of a sub-zero P266 from Compaq or
Gateway.

I just realized I tossed mine out laughing after meaning to
squirrel it away. Well, I'm off to the paper stack ...
