You could look it up, or you could hire a team of special prosecutors to spend 5 years investigating Monica Lewinski's underwear drawer. (Btw, wasn't this also investigated by the RTC types - Whitewater, that is?) As to what "Carville and Co." may or may not have been doing to give the vilified Ken Starr his due, I seem to recall that you were the one who showed up on this thread complaining about guilt by association; but Carville's not very popular, so whale away.
