When I started trading I had some problems with Schwab and felt they were slow, so I switched to Datek, which was an improvement, but Datek was overwhelmed with business and their servers were often swamped making trading impossible. I hear they are still like that. I didn't have any L2 quotes, either and as I learned more I realized streaming quotes and L2 were important. I have had good experiences with MBT except for lagging quotes, which has been a problem for many MBT customers. I am considering leaving MBT because of this problem and I know a lot of other people have already left them because of it. Watley has been highly recommended to me and I am checking them out right now. I have heard good things about Polar and Cyber and bad things about Ex. RickF
