Better guess: Spidey says that the Nevada Secretary of State is putting up bogus documents on their promotional site for that Wellrich boiler-room he's always jabbering about. <gg> OR He says Nevada Secretary of State has a huge short position in AZNT, and the whole office is in cahoots with the DTC, holding Mikey's shares hostage. OR He says the ferocious Federal Marshalls will visit the Nevada Secretary of State, Monday morning, to retrieve these bogus corporate records. Darn! Now Mikey is going to have to name the State of Nevada to The Big Suit, along with us, since they've said something negative about his Crooked Lil' Lemonade Stand™.

jeffy boy, i think if you check sec. of state monday, you will find aznt in good standing. they are not in good standing because new list of officers did not get posted for some reason. the list of officers i was told was sent in at same time the new articles of incorporation were sent in to authorize the preferred stock to be issued. refrain from your basher frothing at the mouth guy. check tommorow, ok? spider
