This message is not to Lurker...but to Eutro and just releaving a little pressure! Broncos Yeah!! Though I wish it were a little closer!! I haven't checked this thread in awhile nor the Eutro <ahref="http://www.eutro.com ">home page</a> in a while but they sure as hell could do better than to have there home page look like an apology/justification to shareholders!! I have been holding Eutro for a long (...long) while and am just waiting patiently for the "big runnup" just like others (and me) were caught up in before. Hopefully they will do "something?" soon. It's pretty damn ridiculous to see such a shabby advertisement (or apology) on their home page...when they should be concentrating on making some bucks. I have an amount invested into this company...but no matter what is invested I still keep my eyes on it. Eutro or "Brad" or whoever associated with this company, you need to work on your P.R. a hell of alot more. You guys need some help...with regards to how you're treating both stock holders and handling your advertising. Yes I'm unsatisfied with my ROI!! I'm not trying to bash the company, I'd just like to know where the company is planning on going????? What are Eutro's plans for future growth?? In short, "Where's the money"???? How is Eutro staying in business (I haven't seen any of the companies mentioned before come public~~!?) Signed, Unhappy Investor. See Below for "excuses"... taken literally from the Eutro Home Page. ------------Below is from "www.eutro.com"-------------------- 1. Management increased the authorization because they feel it is time to grow. To obtain acquisitions of revenue producing companies, they must have shares of stock available to effect payment. Management has never frivolously used shares for illegal or unreasonable purposes. 2. An increase in authorized capital of any company must be approved by the Secretary of State, Corporation Division, Securities Department. 3. The fact that the authorization is increased, or decreased, by a company does not change the 'Float'. 4. No shares can be issued for sale to the public without approval from the SEC. 5. Even though additional shares may be issued for acquisition of assets, these shares will be restricted according to SEC Rule 144, unless exempt from SEC Registration. 6. All shareholders who buy and sell Eutro on the open market should be aware that not one dollar of this trading activity has accrued to the revenue of Eutro. 7. Eutro is diligently trying to build its asset base and revenues by consulting with clients and effecting acquisitions. 8. Management has no influence over the activity of the stock market. It is expected that there will be unhappy shareholders when the market does not respond to their expectations. 9. We will continue to diligently try to improve the operations of Eutro Group Holding, Inc. Eutro management knows of no valid reason why its stock is trading at its current price.
