DaiS,

During the Q&A Charlie O of Paine Webber asked LW several questions regarding the domestic partnering negotiations. Wilson would not answer any specific questions such as what were the sticking points towards getting a partner signed. Wilson claimed that because of the ongoing progress it would not be proper to mention what might be such issues with any individual company since multiple companies were in discussions. The only single thing he would confirm is that yes indeed there are ongoing negotiations with multiple large pharmaceutical companies and he is hopeful that an acceptable deal could soon be reached.

Now don't forget that the idea here is not to go recklessly rushing into some kind of reckless share holder movement. Instead it is merely to discuss what we can or can not do to prepare for an attempt at Wilson's removal.

If he announces a partner 2 weeks from now and the stock recovers to a "reasonable" valuation, I doubt it would be worth while to pursue such a movement. But who knows? Maybe most are so fed up with his incompetence that they want him out no matter what happens? This is why I started this thread. We need to get investors to give their input so we can know where we might be able to go with this.
