Richard,

Easy question--Obvious choice is a Jensen Vinyards 97!

Problem is nobody is drinking that vintage, so I would not serve it to friends!

The initial bouquet is of desert sage and dry cactus flower, then upon rolling around the palate, it becomes first bitter like quinine and then sour like a bad vinegar and most just expectorate at that point.

I do not recommend that it be swallowed by anyone, and I cannot advise treatment for those who do!

Expectorator of bitter wine, Jack!
