I find that improbable. Starr can continue to push his inquisition by any avenue he chooses. Every new excess is just another nail in the coffin of the IC law. It's good to see such conservatism and judicial restraint from such a luminary scholar as the esteemed Judge Starr. Funny how that story got leaked to Drudge first, isn't it? A totally random occurrence, I'm sure. First contact Starr's office ever had with Drudge. Or did the White House leak it to Drudge? That theory's been presented here, do you hold with it? Hey, wasn't your line that Vernon Jordan was going to convince the Senators to convict? Or am I confusing you with some other righteous moral absolutist?
