David: How so? When they delist, they don't put you on the small cap; they delist you (and you trade on the Pink sheets or Canada, etc.). The NASDAQ small cap is where they belong at this time because of the requirements for listing. Liquidity will be the same as it has been. They may be 'toast' at some point but this doesn't have anything to do with that. According to the latest 10Q, they'll need money sometime in the 2Q. How they raise that will give a good indication of whether there is any significant interest in this one. Arnie,
