Mark, The Upside article is interesting. I reread it and found your reference at upside.com. Perhaps their page design could be better (or my online reading skills.) The URL to the beginning of the story is the one you posted: upside.com. I am still not sure what measure you use to designate WIND's write down last year as a "big bath", or how you determine that they are giving "huge" stock options. Can you clarify this? Are these measures that look within a company's annual report, or examine a company on an industry-wide basis? Jerry
