David, What about the poor support issue? I think that is important if INPR ever wants to attract new customers for its development software products. The experienced guys like yourself seem used to buggy products from INPR, but you can forgive it because you feel they have superior functionality. I actually hear that a lot from very experienced programmers. I do see a problem for attracting new customers if their support is as bad as Rod says. And by the way, those same experienced programmers that love Borland products, also say that their support sucks. What is your view on INPR support?? Cube
