Bill,

DCTC is currently in the QUIET PERIOD which started on 12/18/1998.
It has nothing to do with Wavetech Merge, the only pourpose is TO
ENHANCE SHAREHOLDER VALUE.

although we don't know the detail, but the HISTORY showed the end of
every QUIET PERIOD in DCTC pushed share price 100% to 400% higher then that at the beginning of QUIET PERIOD.

Hope this QP do the same.
