I have a bottom of the line k5 150 processor and a 2 gig hard drive
(mostly empty) The scanner is a bottom of the line "image reader ISA"
was 90 bucks at ofice max. You could probably buy the same thing today for 40-60 bucks. It did come with some good image software and I also
use MS photo editor at times.
nolimitz on a budget soo i can buy more DELL

OT <scanning photos> I also use max resoultion of the scanner on the
first pass and resized down to fit into browser window. seems to help clarity
