Yes, I think Kricfalusi probably got his stock quite awhile ago. When I posted last night, I'd forgotten that Spidey at one point not long ago said that K was involved in the sale of the shell to AZNT. The shell in question was a Concord Capital (no relation, apparently, to First Concorde, though so far I've been about to find out nothing about Concord Capital), a Utah company. I have absolutely no idea whether Spidey's right about this, or whether he's once again making things up. The AZNT/Concord Capital SEC filings offer no enlightenment on this point. But of course Kricfalusi got stock as compensation. Mikey appears to suffer from a congenital disability to pay anyone in actual cash. It can't, after all, be cancelled.
