Its consistent performance over the past 12 Q's certainly warrants much higher recognition in its stock price

I think the major problem with CKEYF is its relationship to NN. Until it is fully independent, rather than pseudo independent, it will never be given the kind of valuation that it may deserve. It's relationship with NN is both its greatest strength and its achilles heel. NN provides it with most of its business relationships and revenues, so that's good. But, the perception(reality?) of NN's control over CKEYF inhibits it from developing the kinds of relationships it needs with other vendors. Until this changes it will be discounted compared to a similar company without the strings.

One last point, though, I'm sure that my friends north of the border won't like it... As a Canadian company I believe that it suffers from an additional discounting factor. Both the exchange rate issues and more generally a justified or unjustified perception that Canadian co's aren't worth as much as their U.S. equivalents, also hurts CKEYF's share price. This seems particularly true of Canadian software co's.
