I'm in with you on PAIR and sold SUNW and ASND for a great profit.
Thanks!
Carole

Tim, I have a ? if you have a minute. About brokers. I am using Ameritrade because it's cheap. It's also pretty reliable. It's just hard to get someone on the phone in heavy volume times, and confirmation of trades takes 1-2 hours sometimes. What am I missing out on? What do other brokers have, and is it worth the extra $$? Also, what resources do you use to analyze and track stocks?
Many thanks,
MIke

re Which broker... Anyone doing options? I've been using Schwab500, reasonably satisfied for my mostly position trading. But options are bit bit expensive (spreads etc). Anyone have suggestions of other ways to do it???
Cheers,
ac

>>....i will also speak to watley tomorrow and ask them about the firewall......

ABWhatley will work from behind a firewall, as long as your security person/dept will open a certain port to allow the software to work...IMO unless the firewall you are behind is your own (or your own company that you own) you probably have no business trading from the other side while you are on someone elses equipment and/or payroll. Maybe I am just old fashioned but that sounds an awful lot like stealing to me....
