Blake,

It appears that the time to have gone after ARA was when the 13, 8, 8 telegraphed that the 89, 3, 5 would signal. The 89, 3, 5 did the second move over 80 on 1/15 when it gapped up while the 13, 8, 8 made its own move over 80 on 1/12.
Right now the 89, 3, 5 is a bit too high to expect much more %-wise out of ARA in the short term. It would be best to wait for it to reset and use the 13, 8, 8 to anticipate a renewed 89, 3, 5 %K cross over the %D.
