Clinton's ironic legacy for the office of President will be either

A. An imperial President

or

B. A weak and crippled President.

Neither one will be a blessing for the country.

From what I have gathered from news reports, Starr believes that he can indict him based on the Supreme Courts decision to allow the Paula Jones case to move forward.

I'm not sure what the foundation is, but, I'm beginning to think Clinton should pardon himself and be done with this whole thing. He should wait until the Senate votes up or down, then just pardon himself and get it behind us. About 33% of the country will be outraged, but that's the 33% that are the Republican constituents
and will be against him no matter what. He wouldn't please them if God himself came down and pardoned him! The Republican's would accuse God of not knowing the whole story and move to present additional evidence !!!!!!!!
