Whether or not IPO or spinoff will happen, well, more power to us. However, I prefer not to count on anything "imminent". I think, if they will be spinning of anything, it will be thier ISP business. My favorite part about IDT is the fact that they are going global. They will make heluva lot of money in the global long distance. Make no mistakes about it. There is no e-commerce here. EZSurf is the way to promote their VOIP long distanse business. Nothing else. Its just a directory of phone numbers, with the only purpose, for people to download their software, which they will, maybe, use in the future for long distance calls. If you where playing with the ezsurf lately, you must have noticed, that the only thing Click2Talk does, is dialing a company 800 number, using Net2Talk software. Marketing trick, though a good one. IDTC is a leader in internet long distance. It will make us all a lot of money, if you are patient. This is an internet long distance company. Its an excellent company with the double digit revenue growth over last 15 quarters. Very well managed. This stock will surpass its all time high this year, or next year. However, don't get your hopes up too high. Frankly speaking, I would prefer IDTC's steady climb, to pump-and-dump piece of crap stocks like DBCC or MALL, who will hit thier all time lows faster than anyone thinks. IDTC is an internet play and its going up, for whatever reason it may be. Hang on tight and you won't regret. Regards.
