DAVESD -- express yourself -- express your opinion -- I have mine --

BTW it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's happening here -- and I'm not at your beck and call to produce proof beyond a reasonable doubt -- If such exsisted the stock wouldn't be at 8 when it does exist beyond a doubt the stock won't be at 8. Your doubt is my friend.

Steven Sprague stated that WAVX would not file for relisting unless it had signed one OEM.

Friday WAVX applied for Relisting.

Here's where it helps to be a rocket scientist -- because I think a rocket scientist would take the above two facts and conclude that if WAVX has applied for Nasdaq then they have an OEM and have not announced it yet.

Those two facts listed above are public info I believe Steven's statement was made at a shareholder's meeting (coulld be wrong about where he said it -- but not about what he said). And Nasdaq was a press release Friday.

Here's what is going to happen:

Nasdaq relisting in the next 21 to 28 trading days.
Who ever accumulated last week will have to file a FORM 13-D by the end of this week or early next week -- so we will know who it is -- if they took more than 5% of the shares.
Wall St Forum on the 3rd

oh yeah -- and an OEM unless you think Steven lied when he said they wouldnt apply for NASDAQ until they signed one.

As for a press release -- when you see one -- it will be too late to do anything about it --

Just my opinion.
