You better look again. Ballard and Nissan are teamed for a C3.5 Million dollar deal, not Billion, which comes to $US 2.3 million.
Ballard can not deliver on that contract for two years.

DCHT is in PEM fuel cell development with the US Dept. of Energy and Los Alamos National Lab as partner.

DCHT is also emerging as the leader in hydrogen leak detection devices and saftey systems.
