VNE seems to do credit card validation, web site building; I dont see EDI or e-bill. e-com covers a wide spectrum of data processing. I did like their site, seemed well organized. TotalNet does some web site building but is such a small portion of business. I will see what VNE announcement is might be interesting. May sell off on news ,its been rising all week before G&M article. BUT they are no threat to IFM.
