Alski,

Take a look at the GIC monthly chart going back to '92. I think that perspective will be very helpful. It's a long term cup and seems to be at the beginning stages of the handle here. If so, the handle could drag out for months. Of course, keep in mind that a cup with no (or very little) handle break out is the strongest type of this O'Neil doodad.
