<<The MG Natural Resources Marble Quarry is on the western flank of the Little Harquahala Mountains. The Quarry is located
approximately 90 miles due west of Phoenix, Arizona and four miles north of Interstate 10. Hovatter Road, also known at
Harquahala Mine Road at exit 53 is a well-maintained gravel road used to access the quarry four miles north of I-10 (figure 1).

Figure 1. Location Map

The Little Harquahala Mountains are located in the Transverse Range region of the Basin and Range Province of Arizona.
Typical topography is low eroded rugged mountains with moderately incised washes, which immediately diminish into bajadas
on the southern perimeter of the mountain range. These bajadas, along the southern pediment, give way to a wide expansive
plain. Noted topographic features in the immediate vicinity are Martin Peak and the Harquahala Plain. Elevations range from
1600 feet to 2333 feet at Martin Peak (figure. 2).

The marble quarry is located in the Ellsworth Mining District. Adjacent to Martin Peak, to the northeast, is the historic
Bonanza Mine (also known as the Harquahala Mine). The mine was one of the richest gold mines in the State of Arizona.
Production has been estimated at $3.5-$5.0 million at old gold prices of $20.67 per ounce. The ore milled yielded over an
ounce of gold per ton, from all accounts. >>
So, U see...we all still have that chance in many areas to...Dream To Be Richer...but the richness you wrote is ...the best types of Gold!
