Voice IT's mistake:

IMO, Voice-IT continued down the path Edig attempted with B. Root, ex-CEO, in 95/96. They did not have the technological sophistication to create a unique product and accordingly opted for the 'gadget market'. They didn't succeed in their retailing efforts nor have much to offer a co. like Lanier, Dictaphone and or other parties interested in highly functional products for speech.

Edig moved to OEM customers doing what they know best--design and development using their patented and proprietary technology. In retrospect it is now becoming very clear that the co's. makeover to service the OEM customer was the correct road to success.

I believe we will also all eventually appreciate the 'yes' vote to increase authorized shares to 200 million because it will assist the co's. future growth prospects. I can foresee at least one co's. acquisition probably being very helpful in broadening Edig's future.
